The path which I walk has been showered with Springtime,
whitened with blossom to welcome the day.
Arching above me, balancing merrily,
dancing along branches in riotous array.
A delicate turmoil of everyday loveliness,
clinging, shivering, fluttering down.
Garlanding a moment, surprising the hedgerows,
flaunting its beauty and seizing a crown.
